This is a love story that, fourteen years ago, intertwined two destinies. We are Emilia and Francesco , two different people brought together by the same heartbeat — the one that led us here, to the wonderful island of Ischia, to bring Pazziella, our restaurant, to life.

Francesco discovered the scent of the kitchen when he was just 14 years old. The moment he stepped into his first restaurant, he knew it was his path. A young love, lived with dedication and determination, which over time led him to gain deep and authentic experience, managing prestigious kitchens and eventually landing at a luxury resort in the Tuscan hills. I, Emilia, was studying art history, but I felt in my heart the call of a different life — one closer to the sea, closer to my dreams.

In our journey together, we’ve traveled miles, crossed train stations and highways, always finding each other with the same smile, the same desire to build something meaningful. Our dream was clear: to live in beauty, in hospitality, by the sea. Above all, to live true emotions — the kind only cooking from the heart can give.

When we arrived in Ischia, we immediately felt it was home. Here, where the sea embraces every corner, we found the perfect setting to create Pazziella, our restaurant in Ischia.

We chose everything with care — from the warm, welcoming colors of the dining room, like a summer sunset, to the table settings that reflect simplicity and elegance. We created a kitchen that celebrates the sea and its extraordinary generosity, interpreting each dish with respect, and reimagining it with a touch of creativity.

Pazziella is much more than a restaurant: it is the result of years of experiences, sacrifices, and passions cultivated day by day. It’s the place where we bring the best of seafood cuisine, offering dishes that tell the story of Ischia, Naples, and Campania through authentic flavors, prepared only with fresh fish and carefully selected ingredients.
